अल्बर्ट आइंस्टीन ने वैसे कोई मशीन या उपकरण का आविष्कार नहीं किया है क्योंकि वह सैद्धांतिक भौतिकी से थे | परन्तु बहुत ही महत्वपूर्ण आविष्कार उनके सिद्धांतों के उपयोग के बिना संभव नहीं थे
